What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We process orders within 12 hours, we ask that you let us know within that time frame. We can modify the shipping address on our end and no cancellation is needed. No changes can be made once an order has been shipped.
What if I entered the wrong billing address?
We cannot modify any billing information. If you need to change anything, we can issue a cancellation/refund and you can place another order with the correct information. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made once the order has been shipped.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 1-3 days of being placed. We do not fulfill orders on national holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States right now. We plan on expanding to other countries in the future. We appreciate your understanding.
